About our CoachesRunning is the greatest metaphor for life; you get out what you put in. It is based on effort. There are few other sports that offer this. Someone can put in so much effort practicing shooting basketballs, but if you do not have the eye-hand coordination, you will only improve marginally. But with running, the more dedicated you are and the more effort you put in, the sky is the limit. Running teaches us life lessons. It teaches us to endure pain, to push through adversity. And that your efforts and hard work will be rewarded. It might not happen exactly when or how you think it should, but your efforts will not go unnoticed. Running teaches you that it is not about how hard you fight, but how much pain you can endure, and keep moving forward. Cowards give in to the pains of life, but we runners, we endure. We keep moving forward. We learn to take life’s greatest punches and become stronger after enduring them. So get out there and run. Enjoy running and all that it has to offer. It will improve your life. Give running everything you’ve got and it will be returned. BELIEVE and ACHIEVE.
